THE FOUR STEPS OF VISION MEDITATION
The four steps of Vision Meditation come down to four steps to practice, and we're going to walk you through them.
1. Set a goal
The first step in vision meditation is to set a goal for yourself that you want to achieve the most. For example, a well-paying job, a fancy sports car, a caring lover, or a change in yourself -- losing weight, exercising, whatever it is you love or want to have. However, it is important to note that the goal set at the beginning is easy to achieve, and the process of achieving it is not too long. This will make you believe in the power of meditation, and eliminate the doubt and uncertainty that may arise during the process of negative thoughts. As you have more experience and practical experience in pursuing your goals, you can set goals that are difficult and challenging to achieve. This detail can help boost your confidence during meditation and bring you closer to success.
2. Create a clear scene
Once you set a goal, you need to put your thoughts and feelings about the goal into a clear picture. You need to experience the goal as if it has already been achieved. Imagine that you are in the situation you set out to be in and feel the joy of success. This scene should not only be clear, but also specific, and comprehensive, especially the details of the idea, should be more. You can even write down what you think of the scene and make it a real painting so that you will feel its presence more intuitively.
3. Make paying attention to it a habit
When you have time to relax before you go to bed at night, or just when it comes to you after work, you have to consciously feel the image, let it sink in, and make it a habit to pay attention to it so that it becomes a part of your life and more of a real thing. Relax when you pay attention to it. You are trying to feel it, but it doesn't take a lot of effort. You are focused on it, but you don't have to put a lot of energy into it. It seems very contradictory, in fact, it is just a gentle state of mind, easy to treat, don't be too nervous, otherwise, it will only get half the result with twice the effort.
4. Give it positive energy
Every time you feel it in your mind, be positive about it and keep motivating and encouraging it to happen. Acknowledge its existence with positive energy, believe that you have made it a reality, and affirm your abilities. Silence any doubts or objections that might arise, at least for the moment, as if they did not exist. Continue to feel the picture of the goal being achieved, feel the reality of the picture, and repeat the exercise process. It's worth noting that when the goal changes or is no longer your goal, it's important to re-evaluate what you really want. Because by this time, you have lost interest in the goal, if you continue to focus on it, you will only create more doubts and self-confidence, and even feel like a failure, in fact, you have a new idea. In addition, when the goal you set is achieved, give yourself the affirmation and encouragement to make sure that you have completed meditation and can move on to the next goal.
