Many of us are practicing yoga now. In fact, there is a lesson in yoga which is to teach you how to practice and meditate, because it can let you know yourself through perspective.

1. First of all, we should have a quiet environment. If the environment is noisy, we can't meditate.

2. In addition, we have to shut down some facilities that can cause us to interrupt obviously, such as mobile phone alarm clock and so on.

3. If you want to relax and meditate, you should wear loose clothes instead of too tight.

4. If you can't find a way to meditate at first, you can find a yoga teacher to teach you how to get started.

5. Or we can play some gentle music to match your meditation. If there's music that's bothering you, don't play it.

6. We can do some warm-up exercises before meditation. Because it's very easy to start and then calm down. The premise is not to overdo it.
