Having a home meditation space is a great way to stay inspired and spend a little time for yourself.

A meditation space can be anything you want. It can start small, or it can grow as you do in your personal journey.

Here are some things you can put into your meditation space:

2. Mala beads (to practice or remind you of your intentions)

3. Something warm (meditation shawl)

4. Green and living things (plants)

5. Crystal or Sage (Clearing Energy from Space)

6. Candles (if you practice fire meditation)
