DO YOU KNOW WHAT ARE MALA BEADS?

For thousands of years, yoga practitioners and spiritual seekers have used Mala beads to help them stay focused while meditating. Mala was first created in India 3000 years ago (originated from Hinduism and Buddhism) and used in a special way of meditation, called Japa, which means "recitation". The term "Mala" means "meditation garland" in Sanskrit.

Mala is just a string of beads used in meditation practice. It's a tool to help you count spells, and it's a tactile guide when you're sitting quietly. Mala gems can be made of many materials. We only use real natural stones.
