1. "It's baloney."

We believe that countless people began to learn meditation, from politics to business to stars. Some for physical health, some for psychological decompression, some for higher spiritual pursuit.



2. "It's too hard for me."

We believe that there's no better way than to find an effective and correct way to do it and stick to meditation.



3. "I don't have the time."

We believe that everyone can find five minutes of free time. You only need 5 minutes of meditation in the morning and evening. If you enjoy meditation very much, you can gradually extend the time. If you don't have more time, five minutes is also very good.
